1. Introduction

At OutputWork Inc. ("OutputWork", "we", "us", or "our"), we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal and organizational data. 3. How We Use Information

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or workspace data to any third parties. We may disclose information only in the following specific circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share data with verified third-party vendors who assist in hosting (e.g., Supabase/AWS), payment processing (e.g., Stripe), and transactional emails, strictly under confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Obligations: If required by law, subpoena, or government authority to protect our rights or comply with legal procedures.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale of assets, or acquisition, subject to the recipient maintaining the same privacy standards.

5. Data Security & Isolation

The security of your data is our highest priority. We employ industry-standard protocols, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.

Strict Multi-Tenant Separation: We isolate customer data using native Row-Level Security (RLS) policies at the database layer. This ensures that no organization can access, query, or modify the records of any other organization under any circumstances.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies and local storage tokens to handle authentication, keep session states active, and remember user configurations. You can adjust your browser settings to reject cookies, but disabling them may prevent certain interactive features of the Service from functioning.

7. Data Retention

We will retain your data only for as long as your workspace remains active or as needed to provide the Service.

When an account is terminated, we will mark all associated data for permanent deletion from our production databases within 30 days, except where data must be retained to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements.
